   What are possible way to identify the prefix length for a particular IPV4 and IPV6.

   1. Dear Shiva. Will soon write a article on IPv6, but information for IPv4 is already available.
      For CIDR addressing in IPv4 watch the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ffY-HQBe6g
      You can find the prefix value by looking to subnet mask. For example if subnet mask is 255.192.0.0 it means (8+2) =10 bits are used for prefix.
      Similarly, if block size is given then prefix can be find by using N = 2 ^(32-n), where N is block size and n is prefix.
      So n = 32 – log N.
      Hope this information help you.
